Bug description:
  In "software sources" in muon, third tab, "release upgrade" part:
  wrong correspondence to /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades. "Normal
  release" corresponds to "prompt=lts" in /etc/update-manager/release-
  upgrades, "LTS" - to "prompt=never" and "никогда" (never) - to
  "prompt=normal".
