Thanks for your report. Please remove X video drivers from the Xorg-
edgers PPA and install those from an official ubuntu repository before
trying the upgrade again.

Title:
Cannot upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04.
Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
When trying to upgrade releases from 11.10 to 12.04 I get the
following:
"An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages."
This happens when I use the graphical interface or run do-release-
upgrade in the terminal.
Neither Synaptic or apt-get is complaining about any broken packages
and I have run apt-get with -f.
