This usually means that another package manager is running. Could you
please try the upgrade again and tell if it passes this time. If it
still fails, please attach the content of the directory /var/log/dist-
upgrade.

  update manager ran, downloaded files, when installing them, stopped
  with message (in german): Kein exklusiver Zugriff möglich (no
  exclusive access possible).

  Was the second time that error occured.
