All of the included log files are from your upgrade to Ubuntu 11.10 not
12.04.  Please execute the command 'apport-collect 991989' as it will
automatically gather the appropriate log files.

Bug description:
  That it couldn't install "initramfs-tools" on upgrade to 12.04. With
  details: "subprocess installed post-installation script returned error
  exit status 1"
