Bug description:
  Obviously the installation hasn´t begun, it stopped at 0 %. Text
  (translated from German): Installation stopped. Yoru system could be
  unusable. Recover will be started (dpkg - configure -a). Please report
  this bug .... E:>kmail< couldn´t be configured immediately. Please
  read >man 5 apt.comf< in APT::Immediate-Configure concerning detail
  (2).
