devscripts ships two Python scripts: suspicious-source and wrap-and-
sort. suspicious-source depends on python-magic and wrap-and-sort
depends on python-debian. Both Python libraries needs to be ported
first.

It would be nice if the python scripts in devscripts also worked with
python3, so that developers can avoid having python 2 installed as
