Bug description:
  Could not initialize the package information

  An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package
  information.

  Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and
  include the following error message:

  'E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with
  MergeList
  /var/lib/apt/lists/www.mendeley.com_repositories_ubuntu_stable_es,
  E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.'

  1. lsb_release -rd. Description:	Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, Release:	12.04
  2. apt-cache policy pkgname
  E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
  E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/www.mendeley.com_repositories_ubuntu_stable_es
  E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
  3. I expected a normal update as usual.
  4. But instead, a bug showed up!
