I changed USB key, instead of a 4 GB Kingston USB key I am  using a 16 GB Kingston USB key to install on.
This time the installtion went untill the end.
I will try with today's image 	http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20120811.1/quantal-desktop-armhf+omap4.img on both USB keys to see what happens.

Bug description:
  I was testing this image: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/quantal-desktop-armhf+omap4.img on this test: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/219/builds/20711/testcases/1300/results.
  After inserting all information for installation (language, timezone, encryption pass prase, name ect...) when I get to the slide show on the slide "Have fun with your photos"  I cannot use the mouse and keyboard anymore, everything seems stuck.
  I waited for about 10-15 minutes, but nothing seemed to move, it was all stuck, so I had to switch everything off aborting installation.
  I was testing on a pandaboard.
