Lets go ahead and mark this as a duplicate of the other one as they are
probably the same issue.

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 1028651
   Cursor disappears when Detect Keyboard Layout window appears, after clicking no.  Moving mouse causes it to come back, then after clicking no again it disappears again.
