Thank you so much for your help, and so sorry to do not include enought
information to help solve the Bug or issue, its my first bug report. I
will read carefully the terms and conditions to help understand the
problem.

Dear Mr Chasteen, i run the sudo fsck -a the result is:

ubuntu at ubuntu:~$ sudo fsck -a /dev/sda1
fsck from util-linux 2.20.1
/dev/sda1: clean, 160115/60317696 files, 4679231/241265664 blocks

Now i will try to re-install 12.04 LTS AMD64

  The installation 12.04 LTS 64b do not finish correctly.

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I had a 11.10 version before, i tried to upgrade to 12.04 LTS and was
  not possible, I downloaded the CD with the version 64b and i tried to
  install without success. After 1 hour process, there is a error and i
  cant finish installing
