[Bug 1038055] [NEW] fails to boot when used ubiquity to install with full disk encryption in kvm

Public bug reported:

used ubiquity to perform a full-disk encryption in a vm.

After reboot, I hit the bug 699802 preventing me to boot.

As a workaround, I had to:
1) select recovery mode
2) enter the password
3) resume normal boot
