[Bug 864521] Re: "Ubuntu Software Center" is not opening on 11.10 after all latest updates(2nd October)

Using 12.04, last kernel upgrade (Linux 3.2.0.29) neither Ubuntu
Software Center nor Synaptic Package Manager will not load.  They bot
will load on screan until the end and then just disapear.  I have no
idea why they willnot load.  Worked with 3.2.0.27 does not work now.
