Summary:
Install Qin precise image and click link for "release notes" in installer, it couldn't be opened.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Qin precise image
2. Click "release notes" in installer

Expected results:
Release notes is opened in firefox.

Actual results:
Nothing happened and release notes is not opened.
And btw the translation for "release notes" is not correct in Chinese.
