Thank you for testing this. I was not sure if dropping the images and changing the layout broke tabbing or not.
Also the description will probably not be announced by ocra (Just the title), this is a regression and I don't have enough ATK knoweledge of how to link the separate label to the radio item.

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  using just a keyboard you can't tab to the radio buttons, this means
  you can't select them if you don't have a mouse or if you are blind
  and using the Orca assisted install.
