[Bug 191541] Re: No "Need Restart" notification from Aptitude

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: aptitude

  Used:-

  aptitude update
- aptitude --full-upgrade
+ aptitude full-upgrade

A new kernel image was installed, but there was no notification that a
restart was required. In this case it was obvious a restart was
required, other cases may not be obvious.

Please change aptitude to provide similar notifications as the update-
  manager.

Note: this is a Ubuntu Gutsy command line only server, so no graphic
tools at all. Also a desktop probably gets restarted every day anyway,
but a server may not be restarted for several weeks.
