  [FFe] [UIFe] Manual Partitioning Changes

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “ubiquity” source package in Quantal:
  New

Bug description:
  As part of the ubiquity lvm/luks spec [1], automatic Full-Disk Encryption and LVM install options were implemented.
  To implement manual partitioning options, changes are required the the User Interface as outlined in the design specification. [2]

  Changes are:
  * Add/Edit Partition dialogs string & layout changes
  * Add/Edit/Remove Partitions buttons now use symbolic pictograms instead of text
  * There is room for future extension, i.e. button to setup LVM; button to setup RAID
  * Crypt/LVM/Raid use as options are filtered out in the "Use as" fields in the Add/Edit dialogs, in favor of using the design specification [2].
  * This update should include most of the strings from future manual partitioning LVM & Crypt UI
