  incorrect download size shown in GUI mode when part of the download
  has already been completed

Bug description:
  Let's say I cancelled a dist-upgrade before the downloading had
  finished.

  When I go to try it again from the shell I am told how much download
  remains.

  "Need to get 65.2MB/90.9MB of archives."

  If I try the same thing from the GUI mode I am told:

  "DL Size: 90.9MB".

  This should be changed to the remaining download amount.
