[Bug 1085462] [NEW] Showing the username in passwd

Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 dev with passwd 1:4.1.4.2+svn3283-3ubuntu7. If
I'm entering the command passwd I will get the output "Enter new UNIX
password:" and "Retype new UNIX password:". For example if the command
is running from a script it is not possible to know for which user the
password changes are made. It would be easier to have an output like
"Enter new UNIX password for root:" and "Retype new UNIX password for
root:".

** Affects: shadow (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
