Public bug reported:

I used automatic boot repair tool under "ubuntu 12.10 x64 secure-remix"
cause I installed Ubuntu in EFI dual boot with Windows 8 x64 oem preinstalled on a brand new Asus N76VZ
Not sure it's a real bug
Maybe automatic boot repair tool actions prevented grub auto upgrade to modfiy it's own prevous work ?
(sorry for bad english)
