Public bug reported:

In raring, when I type 'add-apt-repository' it tells me that can come
from either python-software-properties (where it used to come from) or
software-properties-common. But it only comes with software-properties-
common. sudo apt-get install python-software-properties does not
suffice.

** Affects: command-not-found (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
