Hi,
You'll need to file a new bug on their bug tracker.
Send an e-mail to submit at bugs.debian.org starting with the following line in the body:
Package: netbase
Then a description of the bug. After processing, the bug will appear on

Title:
Request to add Dropbox LanSync Protocol to /etc/services
Status in “netbase” package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
A growing number [1] of Ubuntu users use Dropbox. Dropbox's LAN sync
feature requires incoming connections to be allowed on TCP port 17500
[2] and is officially registered with the IANA as db-lsp (Dropbox
LanSync Protocol) [3].
I'd like to request that this service be added to /etc/services, so
that users who enable UFW can grant an exception for Dropbox LAN sync
by a more human-friendly name:
sudo ufw allow db-lsp
