Fixed, though after this changes to "Fix Released" it'll still need a
debian-installer upload before it takes visible effect.  I'm not going
to worry about this since such uploads are frequent.

Bug description:
  Similar to the older bug #760089, but reverse now.

  Raring Ubuntu Server images regressed in color scheme, the background
  is back to light blue instead of purple.
