This was fixed in chrpath 0.14-1, so sqlite3 no longer needs to be
changed to avoid chrpath.

** Changed in: sqlite3 (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

Title:
  chrpath can't be used during mixed register width cross builds

Status in “sqlite3” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: sqlite3

  Until http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=578502 is fixed
  sqlite3 cannot be cross built when the build host register width
  differs from that of the target e.g. can't cross build for armel on
  amd64.

  As a work round the chrpath calls in debian/rules could be commented
  out.
