Bug description:
  the lib32icu libraries are installed to /emul/ia32-linux, a location, which is not fhs compliant.
  since the ia32-libs or other 32bit libraries like lib32asound2 are installed to /usr/lib32 or /lib32, it would be nice to change the install location of these libraries as well ...
