Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  ubuntu 8.10

  The update-manger compose a wrong link in change tab (under description of the update) when the updated package is from third repository.
  An example with wine from winehq repository :

  The list of changes is not available yet.

  Please use http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine/1.1.10~winehq0~ubuntu~8.10-0ubuntu1/+changelog
  until the changes become available or try again later.
  "
  The indicated link is wrong as winehq packages are not hosted on launchpad
