Title:
  Update Manager Restarts Without Prompting

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
After certain updates, Update Manager only offers the option of
Restarting, annoyingly locating the button in exactly the same place
as the only other option that ever appears 'OK'.

Should the unlucky user accidentally hit the Restart button, the
system is shut down with no prompting and no option to wait or delay.
Indeed the only way to get rid of the prompt is to press Restart,
thereby losing all work and shutting down the system.

I haven't come across this kind of bug since using Windows which also
arbitrarily decided that you'd done working for the day and didn't
need to save anything before shutting down the PC.

I can't understand how this bug has slipped by, and replaced the
former red icon indicating that a restart was advised, albeit not
  mandatory?

Now, if you'll excuse me I have to go and save all of my work and
carefully close down all of my open applications without accidentally
pressing Enter when the Update Manager has focus, otherwise it will
  restart without warning.
