Bug description:
  Binary package hint: mutt

  mutt hangs when fetching mail headers from large IMAP folders located
  on Exchange 2010. This is documented upstream in
  http://dev.mutt.org/trac/ticket/3459 . The patch linked there works
  fine for me.
