[Bug 1094207] [NEW] On hold button is appearing on the touch screen window

Public bug reported:

Micromaxx 3G mobile :  On hold button should be placed somewhere else on
the touch screen window other than the actual place.

problem : while talking on phone, the 'on hold' button is getting
pressed if the mobile is pressed tightly to the ear.As it is touch
screen, the 'on hold' button is pressed by the ear and the call is
moving on hold.
