There's no sign of an installer crash here, but the logs do indicate
that the X server probably exited ungracefully.  (Unfortunately I can't
make a lot more out of it than that; maybe the X people will be able to
spot something.)

  There is a kernel crush durilg installing Precise from live sesion. I
  enter "uname -r" command before starting ubiquity. Bug is
  reproductable. System crush to text mode like windows blue screen.
