This problem of not enough room to display all text usually occurs only
if there is some type of problem with the file system.  When this occurs
and the user's screen is not large enough, the dialog box is shown as in
the screen shot from post #1.

One possible solution would be to place the variable text in a
scrollable window within the Information dialog box.

Unfortunately I do not have a list of steps that will reproduce this
problem.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gparted

  When using the helpfull "Info" button for partitions not recognized
  you get an information window popping up. When containing to much text
  you are not able to scroll down to read it completely.  Attachment
