I am sorry this was ignored for so long, but I believe this bug has been
fixed and I am unable to reproduce it, so I am closing this report.

Title:
Unnecessary warning when resizing swap partitions

Status in “gparted” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gparted

If you resize a swap partition with GParted, it completes with four
warnings. The warnings are all "checking is not available for this
filesystem". If I understand correctly, there's no need to check a
swap partition, which is why there's no way to do it, so this warning
  is alarming users unnecessarily.
