Title:
does not allow user to use both decimal and binary capacity units

Status in “gparted” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gparted

Most hard drives use decimal units, and since GParted only uses binary
units, partitioning your drive evenly can be hard. Both units should
  be supported.
