[Bug 912541] [NEW] update-manager did not open from unity

Oneiric 11.10 i386 on thinkpad X41 and T42

Since latest update-manager package it shows in panel icon that there
are updates. But clicking left or right the upper 3 menu items did no
more open the programm. Nothings slightly happens, update-manager must
be called trough the dashboard now.
