[Bug 914589] [NEW] couldn't install python-central during upgrade

I was trying to upgrade from 10.04 kubuntu to 10.10 and during the upgrade the following message appeared:
Could't install python-central . post-installation script installed returned a erro 1. During the installation process  but  I was able to continue.
