[Bug 914849] [NEW] Setting the hostname to ubuntu reports an error

If you set the hostname to ubuntu on the user setup page, an error
message will appear explaining that hostname already exists on the
network.  This is because ubuntu maps to the loopback address.  We
should filter out hosts entries.
