[Bug 917795] [NEW] ubiquity crashed with I/O operation on closed file

I was on the "Allocate drive space" part of the installer and chose to
close it, so I can resize a partition. It gave me an error after I
confirmed that I wanted end the installation process. This happened
while running the Linux Mint 11 LXDE live CD.
