  apt-get source <package> requires root

Status in “apt” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I upgraded to 11.10 from 11.04. 
  Some time later I noticed that apt-get source seems to reuire root privelages to work

  NB- There are (enabled) deb-src's in the sources list

  example:
