  install applet crashed while reinstalling

  New

Bug description:
  I reinstalled Ubuntu (without formatting). I downloaded flash because
  I wanted to be on youtube. When it was "reinstalling old packages" or
  something, the bar stopped, and after half an hour or so, it crashed.
