Now [as in the last week] also affects Sony E series, running 11.04 with
an Alps touchpad and the psmouse-alps-dkms patch.

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The touchpad configuration is not properly waken up after "sleep". The
  scrolling is not working neither the upper-right corner pseudo-third
  button, the rest seems ok.

  The laptop is a Sony Vaio SZ Series
