Title:
should not suggest mpg321 for mpg123

Status in command-not-found handler:
  Invalid
Status in “command-not-found” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Used to be mpg321 was the preferred version of mpg123 for openness
  versions.

Somewhere along the way, that changed, and mpg321 is now a decoder
that does not use floating point, and is worse than mpg123 on systems
  with a floating point decoder.

Most systems running command-not-found probably have a floating point
  decoder.

command-not-found should thus suggest mpg123 when mpg123 is not found.
