Bug description:
  After update of  aptitude (0.6.4-1ubuntu2) and apt
  (0.8.16~exp5ubuntu4) - aptitude can't download/view changelogs of
  packages.

  aptitude FAIL

  # aptitude changelog python-apt-common
  Err Changelog of python-apt-common
  E: Changelog download failed: Download queue destroyed.
  E: Couldn't find a changelog for python-apt-common

  apt-get OK
  WORKAROUND:
  Use apt-get changelog

  # apt-get changelog python-apt
  Get:1 Changelog for python-apt (http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/p/python-apt/python-apt_0.8.0ubuntu7/changelog) [109 kB]
