Title:
sqlite3 should be compiled with SQLITE_ENABLE_UPDATE_DELETE_LIMIT

Status in “sqlite3” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The library is currently compiled without the
SQLITE_ENABLE_UPDATE_DELETE_LIMIT option which greatly decreases the
capabilities of the DELETE query. I suggest syncing the library with
debian testing or applying the patch I attached to activate this
  option.
