Title:
12.04 installer hangs up on Macmini4,1

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When I tried to install Ubuntu on a Macmini4,1 the installer hangs up after the network selection screen.
This happens when I launch installer from boot menu or from live desktop.

I tried with severals fresh burned disk and severals Macmini4,1.

MacOSX Snow Leopard is installed on thoses machines.
I could also install Ubuntu 10.04 from live CD without problem.
I delete Ubuntu 10.04 partition before starting installer but this doesn't help.
I can't delete MacOSX partition before starting installer because I need it.
  I'm using reFit.

  Live CD works fine.
