Title:
/dev/random as key exits usplash to text mode

Status in “cryptsetup” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: cryptsetup

When /dev/random is used as the key in /etc/crypttab, usplash exits
shortly after starting and the system continues to load in text mode.

  To reproduce, add

    vg0-swap_crypt /dev/mapper/vg0-swap /dev/urandom swap

to /etc/crypttab. The system will boot in text mode. Change the above
  to

    vg0-swap_crypt /dev/mapper/vg0-swap none luks,swap

and the system starts with usplash.
