  OS installer crashes everytime

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Every time I try to install the installation crashes, tried
  with/without downloading updates and restricted extras. Not sure what
  to do to remedy the situation, the installer seems to crash at the
  end.
