[Bug 824122] Re: overrides for some errors no longer work

An update on this: Lintian/2.5.3 properly reports if certain overrides
may have been ignored due to the current profile (with --verbose it
lists tags it saw overrides for).

As mentioned earlier, patches for the Ubuntu profile are still welcome.

Bug description:
  I haven't dug into it deeply to see what errors it effects (perhaps
  all, perhaps just this one), but the newest version of lintian in
  Oneiric (2.5.2~git20110804ubuntu1) does not honor the override dir-or-
  file-in-opt.  The previous version I used (2.5.1ubuntu1) worked
  properly in this regard.
