Isn't apturl already supposed to enable multiverse if a nonfree app is
to be installed?

Status in “apturl” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Running Kubuntu 12.10 (Quantal), when clicking on a Download for
  Ubuntu button, an error pops up saying it could not find <package
  name>. This would be associated with the issue that muon currently
  does not show non-free apps.
