Bug description:
  This is an automated bug report, but these details are written by me.
  I was upgrading from Ubuntu 11.10 to 12 using the command-line.  It
  appears that the upgrade completely failed.  I don't think nfs was
  working properly.  Here's my /etc/exports had this line only:

  /mnt/spin
  192.168.1.0/16(rw,fsid=0,insecure,no_subtree_check,no_root_squash,async)

  (and a bunch of comments)
