Expected behaviour is something like:
0 root at capetown:~#users
mamana root root
0 root at capetown:~#who
root pts/0 Jun 13 07:49 (printserver.aims.ac.za)
mamana pts/1 Jun 17 13:44 (mamana-pc.local)

Note 'w' from the procps package also stopped listing locally logged
in users in 12.04.
