The fact that the Ubuntu archive doesn't have InRelease files is bug
804252, but that isn't going to be fixed straight away.  Not all Debian
mirrors will necessarily have InRelease either, so debootstrap really
shouldn't have made this a warning, IMO.

  Both products failed to install automatically since build 20120623.
  This a a warning and installation continues if the user accepts the prompt but it breaks automated installations.
